Questions about the tower

What does the tower actually do?

It has four modes: cooling, heating, air circulation and humidifying mist.

How is it controlled?

Through a touch panel on the unit, with a remote control included.

How loud is it?

The tower is specified to operate below 36 dB(A).

Does it have a timer?

Yes — a programmable timer of up to 7.5 hours, plus three speed settings and oscillating airflow.

How big is it and what area does it cover?

Dimensions are 11 in W × 9.4 in D × 31.7 in H, with a product weight of approximately 10.1 lb and approximate coverage of 334–431 sq. ft.

How much water does the tank hold?

The built-in water tank holds 4 liters and feeds the mist function.

What does it cost?

The Kalimak 4-in-1 Personal Climate Tower is $499 USD. Taxes are calculated at checkout.

Does it work like an air conditioner?

No. The tower provides cooling airflow; it is not an air conditioner.

Do I have to use the mist function?

No. Heating, cooling airflow, and air circulation can run without mist.

How do I clean and maintain it?

Clean the water tank once a month. No replacement filters are required.

Can I use essential oils?

Essential oils can be used only as directed in the product manual.

What power supply does it need?

The tower is designed for 120V US household power.

Is a manufacturer warranty included?

No manufacturer warranty is offered.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Free tracked and insured US shipping only. Processing takes 1–3 business days, and estimated delivery is 6–12 days after dispatch.

Can I return it?

Returns are accepted within 30 days.

What if my order arrives damaged?
