We want you to feel confident ordering from KALIMAK. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase.
To start a return, email support@kalimak.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions explaining how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately at support@kalimak.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal-care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Contact us before returning an item if you have a question about eligibility.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to complete an accepted return and place a separate order for the replacement item.
Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund.
