You have 30 days after receipt to request a return. The item must be in the condition you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, original packaging and proof of purchase. Start a return at support@kalimak.com. If it is accepted we send a return label and instructions — returns sent without a request cannot be accepted. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt and inspection.
